Cancellations can be requested if the customer has not received a formal report or communication that would be considered delivered service. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, and any payments made are non-refundable.
b. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 90 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
